A huge thank you to everyone who made our first event for Angus & Fife Outreach, a branch of Vegan Outreach Scotland, such a success! 
What an exciting start it was, with many people gathering in the Church Square, in St Andrews, for Remembrance Day.
Our food samples were a hit, especially the vegan cheese and the delicious, nutritious hot food!
We handed out leaflets and vegan guides, shared food and smiles, and faced some hard moments together after watching footage from animals’ exploitation industries.
The seven activists present today had some fantastic conversations, and at least four people said they are going vegan!
It was an amazing day, and I am so grateful for the beautiful people who helped today. Special thanks to Rebecca Knowles and Mahalakshmi Abhishek for driving for over 2 hours to bring everything with them and offer their experience and confidence. And a big thank you to Lisa for storing the materials and to Fay for the mouthwatering banana bread!
