A very worthwhile day of outreach at the Lonach Highland Games!
Just 2 of us for most of the day but some great conversations!
Several people committed to going vegan today including an arable farmer (“well, I think you’ve convinced me!”) and a man who was won over by the Cathedral City cheese. Many others went away with a lot to think about. As always, our hot food was a huge success, and disappeared in record time. These events are a fantastic opportunity to get our message across but volunteer numbers are extremely low atm. If you are able to help, please get in touch. Next Sunday is the Greentown Show in Grantown on Spey, followed by World Day for Farmed Animals in Aberdeen on October 5th.
