to everyone that came along to our Vegan Outreach Scotland Veganuary-themed event in Tesco, Inverness today! It was a really positive day, with lots of great conversations both positive and a few challenging, but all well-handled. One in particular was with an NHS policy maker, interested in promoting veganism as a treatment for type 2 diabetes across their region. Well done
